These terms and conditions apply to the purchase of goods from www.tonsureofficial.com for worldwide delivery. The right to cancel only applies to private customers who shop via www.tonsureofficial.com

Payment and delivery

We accept payments on www.tonsureofficial.com made using the following: 

• VISA/Dankort

• VISA

• VISA Electron

• Maestro

• MasterCard

• MasterCard Debit

• JCB

• Mobile Pay

The amount will first be deducted when the item is sent. If you have ordered several items and one of the items is a back order, we will first deduct the payment for this item once it is sent.

Prices are stated in Danish kroner (DKK). Prices will also have the shipment price added. You shall select how you want your item(s) shipped during the payment process. We will defray any payment charges.

Receipt for the receipt of orders and order confirmation

When you have ordered an item from us, you will receive a receipt (order confirmation) via an e-mail that confirms we have received your order. It means you have entered into a binding purchasing agreement with us.

Carriage prices (Denmark)

Delivery is by GLS and you must choose to either have your item sent to a package delivery shop or to a company address or delivered to a collection point at a stated address for euro 5 / 10. GLS has more than 500 package delivery shops all over Denmark. If your purchase exceeds euro 140, we will pay your carriage costs for delivery using GLS.

The delivery time in Denmark is usually 1–3 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.

 

Carriage prices (EU)

Delivery is by GLS or DPD and you chose to either have your item sent to a package delivery shop or to a company address or delivery to a collection point at a stated address for euro 15. If your purchase exceeds euro 140, we will pay your carriage costs for delivery using GLS and DPD.

The delivery time is usually 1–5 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.

Delivery is by GLS or DPD and your item will be sent to a collection point at a stated address for euro 25. If your purchase exceeds euro 140, we will pay your carriage costs for delivery using GLS and DPD.

The delivery time is usually 3–7 weekdays. All of our packages are insured and have a track & trace number. When your package is sent, you will receive a track & trace number.
